Description:
ACTION: The public funds account has maintained an average balance between $1.4 million and $1.3 million in 2023 and 2024. Any funds not needed for daily transactions would be transferred to the new Premium Money Market. If the average balance is $1.25 million the monthly interest would be approximately $2450.00 per month. The interest rate is 2.35% for this new account. In the month of April, we received $72.05 in interest.
If the board decides to move forward, there would need to be a motion to 'Approve a new deposit account with Iroquois Federal' and within the motion, list Amy Jameson, Kelly Meeker, Brent Rademacher, Scott Watson, and Crystal Johnson-Maden as authorized signers. These signers are already listed on the other accounts. |
