1. CALL TO ORDER and ROLL CALL of the members

2. Proposed executive session for confidential communications with counsel for the school district concerning the employment status and whether or not to accept the resignation of Ron McCaughan, the board having been advised by its attorneys that disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements of Federal or State law pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(1)(4) & (7).
