3. Consider, Discuss, and Approve a One-Year Superintendent Contract to Candace Conradt Beginning July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024
Rationale:
Contract being offered is for $129,500 from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.

Discussion:
This current year my salary is $116,000 for an 11 month contract, therefore a 12-month contract would have been $126,545.45. Mr. Finkey had signed a contract for this current year for $132,370.00 He also was taking insurance which would cost the district a total of $24,466.72/year.
I am very dedicated and will get everything organized and submitted accurately before deadlines. I will continue to support my staff and students and also look out for the best interest of the District.
