1. Declaration of Intend -- Open Meetings Act
Rationale:
The Sumner-Eddyville-Miller School Board will hold a public Tax Request Hearing on the proposed 2022-2023 Budget on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 7:45pm. The hearing will be held at Sumner-Eddyville-Miller Media Center, 205 E. 5th, Sumner, NE. for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to the proposed tax request.
Notice of the hearing was posted on August 30, 2022 in the Villages of Sumner, Eddyville and Miller and posted to the SEM Mustangs Facebook Page, and School Reach Call. All proceedings hereafter as shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. This meeting was conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 84, Article 14 posted in the School Media Center. |
