1. Declaration of Intend -- Open Meetings Act
Discussion:
Notice of the meeting was posted on September 7, 2021 in the Villages of Sumner, Eddyville and Miller and posted to the SEM Mustang school Facebook Page, and School Reach Call, and Beacon Observer, for the board meeting to be held on September 13, 2021 at 7:50 p.m. All proceedings hereafter as shown were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public. This meeting was conducted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 84, Article 14 posted in the School Library. Board President Matt Hothem opened the board meeting at 7:40pm.

Mr. Reiter, Mrs. Anderson, and Mr. Hothem spoke about the Special Building Fund, and the Bond Fund.
Mr. Finkey provided information on the current Bond Fund. Mr. Tripett spoke about the Building and Grounds committee and potential ideas for the Shop/Ag area. Mr. Finkey provided the board with budget information. |
