School Board Marlin Berg called the Special Hearing to order at 7:45 p.m. |

Discussion:
All board members ertr in attendance: Matt Hothem, Marlin Berg, Shana Beattie, Kirby Burden, Bryce Williams, Matt Glatter. Supt. Finkey, Mr. Doud, Mr. Schmidt and Lawana McFarland were all present. |

3. Recognition of Visitors/Public Forum
Discussion:
Lois McKenzie Teacher reprentative and Dave Jeffery representing Paulsen Construction was present at the meeting.

3.1. Public Comment
Discussion:
No public comment. Superintendent Finkey discussed with the board the 2016-2017 Budget as presented and answered questions the board had on documents passed out .

3.2. Close 2016-2017 Budget Hearing

4. Business Items
|
|
|
4.1. Approve the 2016-2017 General Fund Budget at $3,661,901 plus a cash reserve of $1,400,000 totaling $5,061,901 and then that 3,698,889 including 1% collection fee and delinquent tax allowance be levied upon the taxable valuation of Sumner-Eddyville-Miller School district for the 2016-2017 budget year.

4.2. Approval of the 2016-2017 Special Buildings Fund for $275,000 and $0.00 cash reserve totally $275,000 and ask $277,777.00 including a 1% collection fee and delinquent tax allowance be levied upon the taxable valuation of Sumner-Eddyville-Miller school district for the 2016-2017 budget year.

4.3. Approve the 2016-2017 Bond Fund Budget at $372,983.00 plus a cash reserve of $0.00 totally $372,983.00 and asking that $376,750.50 including a 1% collection and delinquent tax allowance be levied upon the taxable valuation of the Sumner-Eddyville-Miller school district for the 2016-2017 budget year.

4.4. Approve the 2016-2017 Depreciation Fund at $353,239, Employee Benefit fund at $46,548, Activities fund at $180,000, School Lunch program at $158,953
|

4.5. Open Tax Request Hearing to discuss and approve the property tax requests for the 2016-2017 fiscal year.

4.6. Close Tax Request Hearing

4.7. Approval of the 2016-2017 Property Tax Request Resolution for Sumner-Eddyville-Miller school district.
