IV.A. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Linda Gibson welcomed one of our new teachers for 2022-23 school year, Kathlee Coleman. Her husband also works for the district.
Jaclyn Shaw was recently on the radio. Linda attended day one of the USA Skills competition. The high school sent 10 students down. The team from PHS that had to build a bathroom from the ground up got 1st place. Payson Elementary is having a Kinder Roundup and Science Fair this week. Julia Randall Elementary will be hosting the Spring Fling May 5th. Payson High School hosted the first ever Royalty Contest last Monday night. Linda said it was really fun. They showcased their sponsors this year and it goes to show how many there really are. |

Discussion:
Jolynn Schinstock and Michell Marinelli also attended the Longhorn Royalty Contest.
Barbara Underwood has been attending softball and baseball games. The softball team is having its annual fundraiser soon. |

Discussion:
Janice Chesser and Nancy Rutherford from Gila County Health Department provided an update about the Annual Food Service Workers Day, which is May 6th this year. They also shared information about the upcoming Bicycle Safety Family Fun Day that is coming up on May 14th to the JRE parking lot. Volunteers are needed.
