IV.A. Information and Discussion on Projected Budget for 2021-22
Discussion:
Kathie Manning, Director of Business Services, had a presentation and a preliminary budget to share with the board. The board reviewed the Draft Budget Projections and asked questions as she went down the list. The Budget was based on flat average daily membership (ADM) since we are not certain what will happen in the new school year and COVID keeping some students out. Also uncertain is the funding from the state or federal level.
