Description:
A speaker has up to 3 minutes at all regular, special, committee, and public hearings. The board or committee may approve an extension.
Registration will continue until the meeting is called to order. Appearances after this point will be at the chairperson's discretion. Register 15 minutes before regular, special, and committee meetings or 30 minutes before a public hearing. Description:

Description:
(ACTION) Motion to approve the recommendation from the Technology Committee to fill technology requests using Fund 6 for the 2024-23 school year for a total of $30,159.99 (See Exhibit 3)

Description:
(INFORMATIONAL) Food Service Manager Ryan Highberg will present to the school board what is going on in our food service department.

8.D. 2024-2027 Transportation Contract
Description:
(ACTION) Motion to approve the three-year transportation contract with M and M (See Exhibit 4)

8.E. Workers Compensation Renewal
Description:
(ACTION) Motion to approve Worker Compensation Renewal at the cost of $51,070.00, an 8% increase (See Exhibit 5)

Description:
(ACTION) Motion to approve Magic Turf bids for field improvements to Diamonds and Dreams and Irish Stadium (See Exhibit)

Description:
(ACTION) Motion to approve replacing side basketball hoops in the High School Gym. This project will be funded by a private donation (See Exhibit 7)

Description:
(ACTION) Motion to accept adding Holy Spirit Academy to the Alpine Skiing Co-op for the 2024-2025 School Year (See Exhibit 9)

Description:
(ACTION) Motion to approve ordering the new scoreboard for the high school gym with a lease payment of $25,807 a year (Exhibit 10)
