Review, consider, and take all necessary action to adopt a resolution (1) selecting and hiring a Performance Criteria Developer (PCD); (2) designating members of the Design-Build Selection Committee; (3) authorizing the PCD and superintendent or his designee to prepare a request for letters of interest; (4) authorizing the publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the District of a request for proposals for a design-builder; (5) referring all design-build proposals to the Design-Build Selection Committee and (6) taking any other action deemed necessary regarding the selection of the design-build contract or required by the Political Subdivisions Construction Alternatives Act.
