12.1. 2021 Tentative Levy
It is recommended that the Board of Education approve the 2021 Tentative Levy as presented. 

12.2. Resolution authorizing a supplemental tax levy to pay the principal of and interest on outstanding limited bonds of the District.

12.3. Resolution approving the transfer of funds from the operations and maintenance fund to the bond and interest fund of the District established for the purpose of paying debt service on the Taxable General Obligation School Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2021.

12.4. Resolution abating taxes levied for the year 2021 to pay debt service on the Taxable General Obligation School Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2021.

14.4. Truth in Taxation Hearing Notice
It is recommended that the Board approve a "Truth in Taxation" public hearing on the 2021 Property Tax Levy to be scheduled for the regular Board meeting of Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Maier Administration Center Board Room, and that appropriate public notice of the hearing be given.

14.7. Resolution Approving COVID-19 Response Stipend Payment
Approve the resolution  providing for a one-time COVID response stipend payment of $1,000 to all staff employed as of November 16, 2021 in recognition of continued commitment to District 69 during the public health crisis, their ability to flexibly adapt as a result of the impact of the pandemic on the overall system, and in reflection of additional COVID related responsibilities.

14.8. Motion to approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Board of Education and Skokie Education Association regarding paid time off for confirmed COVID cases for vaccinated employees

14.9. Motion to approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Board of Education and PSRP Local 1274 regarding paid time off for confirmed COVID cases for vaccinated employees

15. Comments from Visitors
The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make comments to the Board regarding any topics related to School or District business. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner.
