1. Jordan Community Video Project

To follow up from our conversation, here is a synopsis of what we are doing with the City: We are partnering up with the City of Jordan to produce a series of videos on the homepage of their Official website. The videos are to serve as a welcome-mat and relocation tool for all the future families and businesses who are looking for information on the community and the business services within the area. The program I showed you was Brown County, WI. Also you will have total freedom to use the video in any manor you wish, our information technology department will work with you to embed the video on your website as well as any other website you may also want to feature the video on. (This includes all social media outlets). Here is a breakdown of the pricing: $5495/4995 if paid in full -Full 60 second video all production included -Your website linked up to the program on the city's site -Streaming the video on your own website through our one-click technology -V-Cast - which is emailing out the video and tracking it -24 full months -rights to video with dvd copy -exclusive new mover list once a month -8-10 questions avatar An example of the avatar is found here on Dr. Bill Dill's website: http://drbilldill.com/ If there is anything else you need from my end please do not hesitate to ask! I am very excited to produce a powerful program for the Jordan, and am committed to making sure it is both successful and effective for the Municipalities and all businesses involved. Description:
Attached is the updated contract that Chef O'Brien proposed. Discussion will take place regarding this item. I will share information about my discussion with Chef O'Brien. I was in contact with Chef O'Brien today and finally received the revised contract at about 3:00 p.m.

8. Memorial Policy
Description:
I have attached two sample documents showing what other districts have for Memorial Policies. Prior Lake has a policy similar to what Jordan may be looking to create. Discussion to occur at work session regarding specifics of the policy.

9. Construction Update - Middle School

9.1. Summary of Plan
Description:
Summary from last meeting with DLR group. Two CM firms have agreed to complete a complimentary assessment of the plans and costs prepared by DLR. K/A and ICS will be completing walk-throughs with Chris and me within the next two weeks.

Description:
The following dates/date ranges are available for the election:
1. March 11, 2014 - Same as Township Election 2. Late May (Date TBD) 3. Early June (Date TBD) Based on our discussion at this work session, I would like to have a date determined in order to share with the Facilities Committee. |
