3.1. Presentation, discussion and or official action regarding building construction and design decisions and determinations, Owner's representative report.
Discussion:
Owner's representative Rayme Fauss provided updates for the Board regarding the projects at Bennet and Palmyra. At Bennet the project is winding down with some metal panel work being completed and awaiting a final walk through. At Palmyra floor scheduling is being reviewed due to the necessary curing time. Forming work is continuing and it is nearing a point where walls will be ready to set with a target date of December 13th. The culvert on the buildings east side will be reviewed. Substantial completion of the gym is established for mid April with the remainder of the project set to be completed in late May. Board members had the opportunity to pose questions regarding project status. |

3.2. Presentation, discussion, and or official action with regard to the construction projects at Bennet Elementary and Palmyra Junior Senior High School buildings, including change orders, construction change directives and payment applications from contractors, and reports, information and recommendations by the Project Architect and Owner's Representative.
