RESOLUTION authorizing the issuance of General Obligation School Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source) of the School District (i) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $15,000,000 for the purpose of replacing, altering, renovating, repairing, building and equipping a high school building, demolishing a portion of the existing high school building, and improving the sites thereof and (ii) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $3,000,000 for the purpose of acquiring land and altering, repairing and equipping school buildings and facilities and improving the sites thereof. III.B.2. RESOLUTION declaring the intention to issue $9,000,000 Working Cash Fund Bonds of the School District for the purpose of increasing the Working Cash Fund of the School District, and directing that notice of such intention be published in the manner provided by law. (A)
