(4)A) Adjourn to Executive Session under State Statutes 19.85 (1) (c) considering employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility and 19.85 (1) (e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.

(4)A)1. Closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(b) to consider the dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee or person licensed by a board or commission or the investigation of charges against such person, and the taking of formal action on any such matter.

(5) RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION

(5)A) Consideration of any matters resulting from closed session that requires action.
