1. FY 2020 Safe School Supplemental Aid
Description:
All school districts and charter schools with adjusted average daily membership (ADM) for fiscal year (FY) 2018 will receive 2020 Safe Schools Supplemental Aid with their October 30, 2019, Integrated Department of Education Aids System (IDEAS) payment, equal to approximately $34.72 per FY18 adjusted ADM. The law requires the safe schools supplemental aid to be used as follows:(b) For a school district, safe schools supplemental aid must be reserved and used only for costs associated with safe schools activities authorized under Minnesota Statutes, section 126C.44. We will receive $30,005.74 in safe school supplemental aid. Attached are the guidelines for spending the new and unexpected state dollars. |

2. Barnesville High School Electric Service Options
Description:
See attached for the following:
The cost for option two is much higher than option one. The biggest issue is the long feeder running across the existing building. Also, the existing gear is 30 years old and at the end of it’s expected life. However, the main gear looks to be in good condition. We do not need to replace the gear right now, but we're advised to at least have it on our radar for future work. |

3. Preliminary Draw Schedule
Description:
Please find attached Preston's preliminary draw schedule for the construction project. Actual monthly payments will vary from the projection, but this is a good guide for Ehler's investment of the funds. |

4. Guide For Planning School Construction Projects
Description:
Working on our own building designs, I read through the attached document and highlighted Minnesota Department of Education recommendations on pages 65-146 that you may find helpful. I skipped over areas that aren't directly relevant to the scope of our construction project (e.g., library/media center). |

5. ACT College Readiness Letter for Barnesville Public Schools (Graduation Years 2015-2019)
Description:
You can see attached our high school graduates' five-year trend on ACT scores. We're fairly consistent in scoring at or a little below the state averages. |
