Description:  Recess to executive session to discuss subjects that tend to prejudice the reputation and character of any person provided that the person may request a public discussion, more specifically superintendent candidate interviews. Additionally, to discuss matters the immediate knowledge of which would affect the finances of the District, more specifically, the new Superintendent contract.
