Discussion:  The projects were reviewed: 

• carpet estimates v. taking care of it in-house
  • This is what we will do, we can get everything we need to take care of it in house for less than the cost of two rooms materials alone if we hire it done
• We will repair/replace 2-3 ada curb cuts at the cost of 2600 each
• We are getting the tree trimmed for a patron across the street that the school owns the land bordering her property
• The same parking lot company we use will restripe for $4000.  We may add an additional ADA spot on the elementary lot
• The required bucket truck and labor assistance to complete changing all of the lights in the parking lot will be $2025

Lawrence will get updated estimates from Grefe and others for the grading and rock of the football field parking lot to be considered in July

We need to replace motors and components on the winch system in the aux gym.  This is a liability issues, and they haven't been replaced in many, many years

Discussion:  Our first estimate for services is with City Wide, who we currently use.  The bid is approximately $62,662-$63,796 for the ten months we use them, which includes the gyms after games.  A second verbal bid was for $85,000 for ten months.  Lawrence is waiting for that in writing.  We will share them for board approval ASAP.

Discussion:  The initial feeback is overall positive for the project.  Annette and Dr. Lewis discussed how to tweak the messaging to help the public understand how many of the projects are interconnected, even though presented as stand-alone on the survey.  They also discussed the next social media strategy, and a postcard mailer to the entire general delivery mail population of the school district, to reach those that don't have a connection to the school, and don't have social media.  That information will be shared with the committee as soon as the revision is received.
