President O'Daniel called the hearing to order at 7:00 p.m. indicating that this hearing was in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. |

3.1. Discuss, Consider and Receive input on the District's 2017-2018 Budget.
Discussion:
President O'Daniel asked if any patron had input on the budget that was being presented and that was also presented in a workshop two weeks ago. Hearing no input he moved on with the agenda. |

3.2. Discuss, Consider and Receive Input from the Public on the 2017-2018 Tax Request.
Rationale:
General Fund Property Tax Request: $6,290,360.14 Property Tax Rate: $0.902346 Bond Fund Tax Request: $646,464.64 Property Tax Rate $0.092735 QCPUF Fund Property Tax Request: $315,218.45 Property Tax Rate: $0.045218 Special Building Fund Tax Request: $141,414.14 Property Tax Rate: $0.020286 TOTAL TAX REQUEST: $7,393,457.37 TOTAL TAX RATE: $1.060585 (compared to 16-17 of $1.0629810)

President O'Daniel reviewed the tax asking and asked if any patrons would like to comment and/or provide feedback. Receiving no input from patrons, he closed the hearing. |
