Motion to excuse Morgan Meier Passed with a motion by John Worthing and a second by Denise Ourada.

Motion to approve the agenda as presented Passed with a motion by Lynette Mitchell and a second by Jeff Meads.

I recommend the approval of the 2014-2015 Elm Creek Public Schools budget Passed with a motion by Lynette Mitchell and a second by Denise Ourada.

Motion to approve the 2014-2015 Tax Request for the General Fund should be, and hereby is set at $2,924,430.83; the 2014-2015 Tax Request for the Bond Fund should be, and hereby is set at $601,010.10; Passed with a motion by Lynette Mitchell and a second by JC Ourada.

I recommend the approval of a local substitute teaching certificate for Mary Porteck Passed with a motion by Jeff Meads and a second by JC Ourada.
