3. Elementary Americanism Presentation
Discussion:
Mrs. Owen presented how she incorporates Americanism into 4th, 5th, and 6th grade curriculum. The report was broken down by grade level and month as to what is presented to the students. All grades levels culminate their studies by doing a max museum that is presented to the public. Students are required to select a person in American history and portray them.
