I. ESTABLISH QUORUM
The Board President ensures that a minimum of four board members are present.  
The President then states, for the record, the names of those present and those absent.

II. CALL WORKSHOP MEETING TO ORDER

II.A. THE BISD BOARD WILL MEET IN A BUDGET WORKSHOP TO HEAR AND DISCUSS A  PRESENTATION ON EXPENDITURE REVIEW.
No Action is anticipated to be taken by the board in this meeting.  
It is intended to allow the board and the superintendent to review and discuss budget expenditures

III. ADJOURNMENT
