President Cox called the meeting to order at 8:04 PM in the Boardroom at the High School. Notice of this meeting was given in advance to all board members. Notice of the meeting was given in advance by publication and/or posting in accordance with the Board-approved method for giving notice. Availability of the agenda was communicated in the publicized notice and a current copy of the agenda was maintained as stated in the publicized notice. Principal Report: we had our Civil Rights visit earlier this month and we will need to update some of the language in the manuals and policies, and fix a couple of things around the high school building to become compliant; we are hosting 5 schools for RPAC band on March 19; we have 5 teams going to State FFA; we will be having a Special Education visit on March 21; a Title 1 visit will be on March 26; the school wellness report is due by the end of the month; State Basketball was a success.
