3. ESUCC CEO Evaluation Tool

ESUCC Board President Dr. Heimann and ESUCC CEO Dr. Polk reviewed the CEO Evaluation tool. ESUCC Board Past President Dr. McNiff requested information which provides more detail that relates to the different sections of the CEO Evaluation Tool.

ESUCC CEO Dr. Polk reviewed the attached CEO Report to the Board September 2025.
ESUCC CEO Dr. Polk gave information regarding Lebra, a personnel/staff engagement tool. There are three parts to Lebra: Lead, Org AI, Ascend. ESUs are invited to utilize the tool in their regions. ESUCC CEO Dr. Polk will assist in arranging informational meetings with the ESUs not present when the demo was provided.
