Discussion:
The Mental Health conference was held virtually in June and well attended. Discussion on expanding this afenda item for future discussions. Discussions regarding LMHPs and way to reduce cost.

3.1.4. SRS Staff Report

Technology Director gave an update on SRS. No major roll out of SRS this summer. Big series of fixes and changes in ADVISER. Incendent, changes done in ADVISOR that were not addressed/communication. Continue to work on tighten up procedures/communications so this does not happen. Changes need to have a good review process. Future plans, have designed and had input of the 504 plan. Continue to work to brings the 504 plan onboard. The had some training this summer for new hires. SPEDFFRS was discussed. They would like to keep this in the SRS system at least as optional. Discussed if they have the right people on the Advisory Committee? Discussion on Alternate Assessment checklist and finalizing IEPs. Are the forms going to be translated into Spanish.

3.2.5. High Quality Instructional Materials Fellowship

Discussion:
Cory Epler shared updates on High Quality Instructional Materials. High Quality Structure Materials and Support rename agenda item. Instructional Materials Fellowship they are working on the teaching lab, working to finalize plans and move forward. The plan to do a restart, some districts moved forward with selection process, some have paused, and some have postponed their selection process. Reworking the networks of schools with what phase they are currently are working. This will be a mix of sychronous and aschronynous pieces used in the fellowship. Discussion on how High Quality Instruction will work with Canvas. New Mexico would like to work with us to create materials. NDE will run another Fall network for Zearn Math. Two data collections open - Curriculum Contact (up to 3 people per Districts to become NDE contacts) and Instructional Materials Data Collections (what are schools using.)
