I. Call meeting to order and establish a quorum

II. Public Forum: No presentation shall exceed five minutes (Local Policy BED). If during the open forum period, a member of the public asks a question about an item not listed on the public agenda, the board or any of its members may respond by providing specific factual information or a recitation of an existing policy, but members may not discuss or deliberate the question. XIV. Consider the adoption of an Order Calling a Bond Election to be Held Within the District; Making Provisions for the Conduct and the Giving of Notice of The Election; and Containing Other Provisions Relating Thereto. The proposed scope of the proposition includes the construction, acquisition, renovation, and equipment of school buildings in the District, including elementary, intermediate, and middle school buildings. The final amounts and the ultimate scope of any propositions to be presented to the voters are within the discretion of the Board of Trustees.
