7.1. Washington 2026 Trip
Action(s):
No Action(s) have been added to this Agenda Item.
Discussion:
The group works concession stands for us, sometimes they do not generate a lot of money, but it is a service. They have fund raised and done what they can to help pay for the trip. They will be on hand to ask for the district to assist in the trip to pay for baggage fees and tips on the trip.
In Februrary of 2022 the board made a one time payment of $3,000 to help with the same fees. The group that attended in 24 didn't need to do this as they hosted the donkey ball which generated a great deal of money. This is also something that is difficult to host for every trip, and we do not want to overdo it. There are 20 students and 3 sponsors going on the trip this year. |
