2. Civics (Seniors)
Discussion:
Mr. Bauer presented a brief summary of the Civics course. Discussion will be had on moving our Civics course to Junior year. Mr. Bauer informed the committee there have been instances where Seniors have struggled with Civics, leaving them to finish up the course during the summer. If Civics were offered to Juniors, it would allow time for struggling students to retake the course during their Senior year. Board members discussed the recommendation and were in agreement.

Mr. Bauer briefly went through the American History syllabus for the committee.
