Called the meeting to order at 7:07 by President Lutkemeier passed with a motion by Dennis Timm and a second by Daren Niemeyer.

Allen Ehrman Absent passed with a motion by Dennis Timm and a second by Daren Niemeyer.

Motion to excuse Allen Ehrman. passed with a motion by Dennis Timm and a second by Brant Karr.

Approve the agenda as presented. passed with a motion by Brian Karr and a second by Dennis Timm.

Adopt the 2022-23 Silver Lake School Budget as published. passed with a motion by Daren Niemeyer and a second by Leon Lutkemeier.

NOW BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that (1) the Tax Request for the General Fund should be, and hereby is set at $4,306,915.00; (2) the Tax Request for the Bond Fund should be and hereby is set at $353,535.00; (3) the Tax Request for the Special Building Fund should be, and hereby is set at $151,515.00. passed with a motion by Alan Bonifas and a second by Shaun Fisher.

Adjourn the meeting at 7:14 a.m. passed with a motion by Brant Karr and a second by Alan Bonifas.
