26. Administrative Reports
Discussion:
Elementary reports:Fields trips for classes, school pays $10 per child for trips. CSI budget for elementary for full-time tutoring w/curriculum, using Alpha Plus to supplement the curriculum. Elementary state testing begins on Tuesday. Testing will be happening for the next 3 weeks. Kids are loving the new playground and outdoor classroom with tables.
JH/HS reports: JH testing began Monday. Juniors have finished testing, and some juniors are receiving their ACT test scores. We have been made aware that we have a student who has written a short story that is in the process of being published and scored a 31 on their ACT. Prom is Friday, April 24th. Admin:HVAC has been installed and is working in the gym, working to get gas supply back to the heaters. Field house shell may not be here until June 20, hoping to get an update soon. Collecting quotes to install/repair lights at the softball, baseball and football field. Teacher empowerment selection will include adminstiravitve and board process. Some criteria for recepient will include, going above and beyond duties, mentoring, above average attendance, new ideas to school, attending additional PD not required, mentoring, attending extra curricular actives that are not requirments. |
