To approve, pursuant to Texas Property Tax Code Section 34.05(i), the private sale of approximately 1.0 acre tract of land described generally by Collin Central Appraisal District as Account Number R-1015.000.0200.1 “REECE (CJO), LOT 20” (the “Property”) from Collin County, Trustee, to the City of Josephine for $300.00, subject to theProperty being used in perpetuity solely for public purposes; proceeds of this sale shall be distributed as required by the Texas Property Tax Code; should the Property be sold to a private party in the future, in whole or part, for any purpose other than a legally authorized public purpose, then the proceeds of such sale shall be distributed to the taxing units as if the sale had been an approved private re-sale under Texas Property Tax Code Section 34.05(i), and in the priority specified in Texas Property Tax Code Sections 34.06 and 34.02.
