7.B.2. Private sale of the bid-off tax property identified by Account No. R0766000002B1, LAKE LAVON HIGHLAND, LOT 002B, to Lee J. Schmidt, Nextlots Now LLC, or their designee, for $2,759.00.  This private sale of bid-off property is authorized by Texas Property Tax Code Section 34.05(i) with the consent of Community ISD, Collin County and the Collin County Community College District.  The property was sold and bid off to the taxing units on January 2, 2012 pursuant to an order of sale in Cause No. 380-04804-2010, Collin County v. Dorothy Marshall.  The proceeds of this sale shall be distributed as provided for in the Texas Property Tax Code.
