I. Call the Meeting to Order
Discussion:
The Board Retreat was called to order at 4:20 p.m.

I.a. Approval of Agenda - The Board may enter Executive Session to discuss any matter for which Executive Session is lawful and appropriate.

II. NRSCA Planning Retreat - Fred Helmink and Robin Stevens
Discussion:
Presenters for the Board Retreat were Fred Helmink and Robin Stevens, from NRCSA. The Board was broken up into groups to discuss positives and opportunities for growth within the school. Highly talked about areas will be topics of discussion at the next Board Retreat, which the date will be determined at a later date.

III. Adjournment
Discussion:
The Board Retreat was adjourned at 6:50 p.m. The next regular Board Meeting will be Monday, August 13, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., at the Jr/Sr High School Library, Room 407. Please note time change due to Open House.
