10.a. MOTION DETERMINING THE NECESSITY TO SOLICIT AND SEEK BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF EARLY CHILDHOOD, TRANSITION AND DISTRICT OFFICE RENOVATIONS WITHIN THE PRINCETON SCHOOL DISTRICT. BIDS WILL BE ADVERTISED IN ACCORDANCE TO PUBLIC BID LAWS IN THE STATE OF MINNESOTA.

ADJOURN- The Minnesota Open Meeting Law allows for closure of the meeting for attorney-client privilege so that the Board can meet with its attorney in a confidential setting to obtain advice regarding real estate. I will entertain a motion that this meeting be closed for the purpose of attorney-client privilege pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subd. 3(b).”
