MOTION DETERMINING THE NECESSITY TO SOLICIT
AND SEEK BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
AT THE HIGH SCHOOL AND THLETIC FIELDS
 WITHIN THE PRINCETON SCHOOL DISTRICT.
BIDS WILL BE ADVERTISED IN ACCORDANCE
 TO PUBLIC BID LAWS INTHE STATE OF MINNESOTA.

ADJOURN- The next item on the agenda is a closed session for an attorney-client privileged discussion about potential legal proceedings relating to the tennis court replacement project.  The Minnesota Open Meeting Law allows for closure of the meeting for attorney-client privilege so that the Board can meet with its attorney in a confidential setting to obtain advice regarding potential litigation.  I will entertain a motion that this meeting be closed for the purpose of attorney-client privilege pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subd. 3(b).”
