3.A. The Open Meeting Law, Minnesota Statute section 13D.05, subdivision 3(a), states that a public body may close a meeting to evaluate the performance of an individual who is subject to its authority. The Board will present the results of the annual performance evaluation to Dr. Anderson. Board feedback and goals for 2023-24 will be discussed.
