Description:
This time is set aside for the public to make comments on items within the authority of the Committee and are not for Board interaction at this time. Matters raised cannot be deliberated or acted upon until properly placed on a future agenda. A Request to Speak card must be completed and submitted to the Chair. A time limit of 3 minutes per person or 5 minutes for the spokesperson for a group may be imposed.
