2. PUBLIC INPUT, INFORMATIONAL ITEM
Description:
This time is set aside for the public to make comments on items within the authority of this committee and are not for committee interaction at this time. Matters raised cannot be deliberated or acted upon until properly placed on a future agenda. Comments that are irrelevant, repetitious, slanderous, offensive, inflammatory, willfully disruptive or deemed personal attacks will not be permitted. A "request to speak" card must be completed and submitted to the Health Insurance Chair before Public Input is opened. (This item is for discussion only. No action may be taken at this time. A time limit of 3 minutes per person or 5 minutes for the spokesperson for a group may be imposed.)

5. CONSIDERATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION PURSUANT TO NRS 241.0365, FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
In the 2013 legislative session, the Open Meeting Law was amended to include a new requirement that, beginning January 1, 2014, all public bodies in the State, must post meeting notices on the official website of the State of Nevada https://notice.nv.gov/. This site was not operational until March 1, 2014; however, agencies were not notified of its existence. Prior to this time, Nye County School District had always been in full compliance with the posting requirements of the Open Meeting Law. Beginning with the October 17, 2014 Health Insurance Committee meeting, the District is currently in compliance with all requirements for posting notices of meetings. All actions taken by the committee on the meetings listed below must now be reconsidered anew for possible corrective action at this time. Each item is separately listed below for reconsideration and possible corrective action. The backup for any of the items listed below may be viewed by contacting Rachel Owens at rowens@nye.k12.nv.us. Unless a committee member or member of the audience has a question concerning a particular item and requests that the item be withdrawn from this list for corrective consideration, the items will be approved at one time by the Health Insurance Committee. Recommended Action: That the committee approves the Executive Session Meeting Minutes for September 3, 2014, with corrections if needed. That the committee makes a decision regarding any other items in the executive session.

Description:
The committee may make any change of date, time or location that has become necessary.
