Description:
This time is set aside for the public to make comments within the authority of this Board & are not for Board interaction at this time. Matters raised cannot be deliberated or acted upon until properly placed on a future agenda. Comments that are irrelevant, repetitious, slanderous, offensive, inflammatory, willfully disruptive or deemed personal attacks will not be permitted. A "request to speak" card must be completed & submitted to the Board President before Public Input is opened. A time limit of 3 minutes per person or 5 minutes for the spokesperson for a group may be imposed. Ten copies of handouts must be provided.
