2. PUBLIC INPUT, INFORMATIONAL ITEM
Description:
This time is set aside for the public to make comments on items within the authority of this Board & are not for Board interaction at this time. Matters raised cannot be deliberated or acted upon until placed on a future agenda. Comments that are irrelevant, repetitious, slanderous, offensive, inflammatory, willfully disruptive or deemed personal attacks will not be permitted. A "request to speak" card must be completed & submitted to the Board President before Public Input is opened. A time limit of 3 minutes per person or 5 minutes for the spokesperson for a group may be imposed. Ten copies of handouts must be provided.

3. ADOPTION OF AGENDA, FOR POSSIBLE ACTION

4. APPROVAL OF REQUESTS TO TAKE THE GED AND/OR ENROLL IN ADULT EDUCATION UNDER THE AGE OF 18, FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
Description:
Recommended Action: That the board approves the requests pursuant to NRS 385.448 & 389.155.

5. PUBLIC HEARING ON REDISTRICTING, INFORMATIONAL ITEM
Description:
The board chair will call for public comments specific to the two resolutions presented for the board to consider regarding the redistricting proposal presented at the March 22 meeting.

6. DISCUSSION/DECISION REGARDING SELECTION & APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION REGARDING REDISTRICTING, FOR POSSIBLE ACTION
Description:
The board will consider two resolutions, one calling for trustees to be elected by voters county-wide, and the other calling for election by voters in the trustee's district, pursuant to NRS 386.205 through 386.225..
