Description:
This time is set aside for the public to make comments on items within the authority of this Board & are not for Board interaction at this time. Matters raised cannot be deliberated or acted upon until properly placed on a future agenda. Comments that are irrelevant, repetitious, slanderous, offensive, inflammatory, willfully disruptive or deemed personal attacks will not be permitted. A "request to speak" card must be completed & submitted to the Board President before Public Input is opened. A time limit of 3 minutes per person or 5 minutes for the spokesperson for a group may be imposed. Ten copies of handouts must be provided.

5. PUBLIC INPUT REGARDING CLOSURE OF MT. CHARLESTON ELEMENTARY, INFORMATIONAL ITEM
Description:
This time is set aside for the public to comment on the closure of the school pursuant to NRS 393.080 and 393.085. When all persons requesting to be heard on this matter are finished, the hearing will be declared closed, and all discussion by the public will end.

6. DISCUSSION/DECISION REGARDING APPEAL TO THE CLOSURE OF MT. CHARLESTON ELEMENTARY, ACTION ITEM
Description:
This time is set aside for discussion among board members only. Recommended Action: That the board denies the appeal.

7. DISCUSSION/DECISION REGARDING REZONING FOR PAHRUMP ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, ACTION ITEM

Description:
The board will make a decision regarding rezoning of Pahrump schools.
