I. CALL TO ORDER

II. PUBLIC FORUM REGARDING AGENDA ITEMS ONLY - Individuals desiring to address the Board regarding an item on the Agenda for an Open Meeting must sign up to speak prior to the 5:00 p.m. session. Forms are available in the lobby area.

III. CLOSED SESSION: 
The Board may declare itself in a closed meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Sections 551.001 - 551.146. In the event a closed meeting is convened, the presiding officer shall publicly identify the section or sections authorizing the closed meeting. Those sections may include, without limitation, the following sections under SUBCHAPTER D AND E, which authorize a closed meeting to discuss the following topics:

III.A. Section 551.071:  Consultation with the Board's attorney regarding legal and procedural issues related to the Level III grievance.

III.B. Section 551.074:  Conduct Level III grievance hearing regarding a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

III.C. Section 551.0821:  Conduct Level III grievance hearing regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by deliberation.

IV. DECLARE CLOSED MEETING ENDED AND RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING

V. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING LEVEL III GRIEVANCE HEARING
