The Governing Board may recess into Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. 38--431-03 (A) (2) and (A)(3) and A.R.S. 15-843 (A) to receive legal advice from the attorney for the public body regarding Superintendent's Recommendation for Expulsion for Student ID 60019765. Any action by the Governing Board will be taken place during the public portion of the meeting.
