The Governing Board may recess into Executive Sessions pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431-03 (A)(2) and (A)(3) and A.R.S. 15-843 (A) to receive legal advice from the attorney for the public body regarding Superintendent's Recommendation for Expulsion for Student ID 60027289. Any action by the Governing Board will be taken during the public portion of the meeting.
