Ben Johnson, Federal Programs Supervisor is requesting permission to purchase 225 Chromebooks and 9 Chromebook carts to equip each school within the district with 25 Chromebooks and a cart for Professional Development purposes. The purchase will also be pending approval through the Federal Programs Oversight Title II Allowable Use of Funds in ePlan.
The bid price per unit will be $246.60 per unit, and the Google Chrome Educational License is $32.07 per unit. The storage carts will be approximately $400 each. The purchase price for the Chromebooks and Licenses will not exceed $63,000 and the purchase price for the carts will not exceed $4,000. Combined total will not exceed $67,000. |
