IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION – The Board may elect to go into executive session for reasons permitted in the New Mexico Open Meetings Act. See NMSA 1978, §§ 10-15-1(H)(1)-(9) and (3) of the Open Meetings Act on a personnel matter pursuant to Section 11-10-24 of the School Personnel Act.

V. Report on Executive Session - "The matters discussed in the closed meeting were limited to those stated in motion to close the meeting. This statement shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting as required by Section 10-15-1 (J) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act".
