1.  September Board Reports:  Board reports for the September board meeting are DUE  on Wednesday, September 12th.  We discussed the format that includes:  1) Highlight Programs, 2) Highlight Staff, 3) Misc. Information.

 2.  Inventory:  Administrators reviewed the requisition/inventory program.  The inventory program for 2018-19 updates will be open on today, Sept. 4th.  Staff will have until October 1st to update their inventory with new items purchased for the 2018-19 school year and remove items no longer in their program/room.

3.  Discussion Items:  The administrators discussed building and program issues and improvements.
