Minutes from December 2015 Foundation meeting Members Present: Lumir, Joyce, Sandy & Victor Members Absent: Dan, Brian & Virginia Others Present: Shelley & Sheri Sandy called the meeting to order at 12:07 pm Secretary Report/Minutes from the November 2015 meeting were approved Treasurer’s Report was approved New Business · After Hours- will discuss the planning and details at Jan. 2016 meeting Committee Reports: Labor Day- nothing new to report Scholarship- Lumir & Sandy · Lumir presented information that he has collected from different banks regarding the scholarship money given by Sindelar family · Meeting to be set up for this week with Dr. Hoesing to discuss criteria etc. at the Central Office Shelley will email his schedule Education- nothing new to report Alulmni Website- nothing new to report Alumni Honors Committee- nothing new to report Mission Statement & Goals updated- nothing new to report SMS Recreational Building- nothing new to report Sandy adjourned the meeting at 12:35 pm Next Meeting- January 4, 2016 @ noon at the Schuyler Middle School Conference Rm. |
