4. Pursuant to ARS § 15-905, the Oracle School District Governing Board will hold a Public Hearing on the District's Annual Expenditure Budget prior to recommendation to the Board for approval during the public meeting. Superintendent Nehrmeyer will present the District's Proposed Annual Expenditure Budget to the community, which has been on display for public review at www.osd2.org/schoolfinances since June 16, 2026

10. Presentation of the District's Administrative Review of the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) student meal program by the Arizona Department of Education on June 15, 2026. The administrative review yielded zero findings or recommendations for improvement.

12. First read of Arizona School Board Association (ASBA) Policy Advisories 863-865, 909-959 and 960-1046. The District will bring these advisories back to the Board for a second read and further discussion in August 2026
