JVPS Governing School Board Attending the 2026 NMSBA Board Member Institute

The public is notified of a possible quorum of the Jemez Valley Public Schools Governing Board on February 5-7, 2026 in Santa Fe, NM when Board Members will attend  the 2026 Board Member Institute. The New Mexico School Boards Association will conduct the 2026 Board Institute during the Annual Legislative Session in Santa Fe which will allow board members an opportunity to advocate for education priorities with State Legislators. 

At these events, the Board Members  in attendance will not formulate public policy, discuss public business, or take any action that the body has authority to take. These events do not constitute meetings of the School Board. Any policy that the JVPS School Board may adopt in the future will be at a publicly noticed meeting of the JVPS School Board, with discussion at that public meeting before a vote is taken. The Board Member  attending the NMSBA Board Member Institute will be participants only.
